Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charges, shown below, are for Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery to UK mainland addresses. If items are in stock we will endeavour to ensure you receive your order within 7 days of payment.
Up to 5 items: £3.99
6 to 10 items: £7.99
Over 10 items: £14.99
Highlands and non-mainland UK
Where possible standard delivery charges will apply. However, if you live in the Highlands or non-mainland UK, you delivery charges may be increased. In this event we will inform you of extra charges before despatching your order.
International Orders
We are able to ship items to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. If you would like a quotation for delivery to any of these locations please do contact us.

What if my item is out of stock?
Normally we maintain good stock availability though occasionally we experience a short delay in restocking items. If one or more of your items are out of stock at the time of order we will hold the order and dispatch all items together unless you specifically request otherwise. If this is the case we will always endeavour to be as fast as possible and will keep you informed on the status if your order.

Returns
If you are not happy with you item and wish to send it back we will be happy to exchange it for another style, size or colour. We do not, however, offer refunds on our goods.
In the rare event of your item being damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we will be happy to replace or refund it. If a refund is required please note that only the item price will be refunded and the postage costs will not be included in the refund.
When sending back items please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on items that we never receive back.
